AS SOON AS YOU CAN:
Provide Your Day-Of Timeline for Our Scheduling
As soon as you finalize your day-of timeline, please provide that to us, but
no later than 4 weeks before your event. This information assists with our scheduling for your wedding, and should include:
- check-in time (standard 12:30)
- guest arrival begins (standard 3:30)
- ceremony time (4:00 if 12:30 begin time)
- cocktail hour time (if applicable)
- dinner time
- toasting time (if applicable)
- event-end time (not to exceed 9:00)
- check-out time (not to exceed 9:30)
Schedule Your Ceremony Rehearsal
1.0 hour rehearsals are scheduled on the Friday before your wedding as follows: Saturday weddings are scheduled for 4:00-5:00 and Sunday weddings are scheduled for 2:30-3:30. If you do not schedule it will be presumed you are holding your rehearsal off-site.
3-6 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR WEDDING:
Beer Confirmation
If you have chosen to have beer at your wedding, you are welcome to give Trezzi Farm a list of beers you want any time, but please no later than 3 weeks before your event, or 6 weeks if it is a hard to find/special order. Later than 6 weeks could mean a special order beer would not be available for your wedding. For more beer info, click

3 WEEKS BEFORE YOUR WEDDING:
Provide the Approximate Number of Adult Guests 21 and Older
The number of adult guests attending your wedding will help determine your wine and beer purchases.
Provide the Amount of Wine You Would Like to Host
You are welcome to host the wine served at your wedding as follows:
a) one glass/adult guest minimum, then convert to a cash bar
b) a maximum budget over the one-glass minimum, then convert to a cash bar (you will have the option to host more)
c) host the wine all evening with no cash bar
Place Your Toasting Wine Order
If you have chosen to have a sparkling wine toast, please give Trezzi Farm your order at any time, but
no later than 3 weeks before your event. Please include the type (i.e. champagne, prosecco, etc.) and number of pours you would like (i.e. one each for: bride & groom + wedding party + family + adult guests.)
Provide Your Guest RSVP Count
Your current RSVP guest count is required no later than 3 weeks before your event. This count can be modified up, but not down, until the day of your event. Do not include your child monitor in this count.
Provide Your Final Menu Selections
Your final menu selections are required no later than 3 weeks before your event. If you require a menu, please let us know and we will send you one. Please also provide a count of how many of your guests are gluten-dairy-free.
Provide Seating/Layout Preferences
Your final reception layout preferences (i.e. head table or sweetheart table, and family family tables with chair requirements) is required no later than 3 weeks before your event. We can also confirm at this time how many linens you will require. A schematic of the building can be printed out from

Provide the Names of Your Day-of-Coordinator and Child Monitor
Your day-of-coordinator can be family, friend, or even a bridesmaid in your wedding. Your Child Monitor may not be a guest at your wedding, and will receive a free meal.

Q. I'm not sure about my day-of timeline - can you help me?

Here is a sample timeline with a cocktail hour. As a reminder, alcohol is not served without food service. This can either be a cocktail hour or dinner service.
12:30 Venue Check-in, persons first arrive

The only beer available is what is ordered for your event
Q. Can I bring in my own beer or champagne?
A.
No outside alcohol of any kind, including beer or champagne, is allowed on the premises. TF will supply all alcohol for you.
