We grow five varieties of Italian wine grapes; four reds: Barbera, Dolcetto, Nebbiolo, Pinot Nero and one white: Pinot Grigio. The vines require rigorous pruning due to the short growing season.
We also grow Roma tomatoes and assorted Italian herbs used in our foods: rosemary, oregano, sage and Italian parsley. We use the tomatoes in some of our catering dishes - the herbs are used in everything.
